This is the second time I have used Cheapest Skips and both times the bins were delivered on time. The driver even checked with me to make sure he was putting it in a convenient spot. This second time, my builder couldn't secure a skip from his usual supplier, but I managed to book and receive one through Cheapest Skip that was delivered within two days.

Really fabulous customer service. Initially the skip bin was placed incorrectly on our verge because the booking page didn’t allow for a good explanation of where we wanted it. I rang customer service, not expecting to have any joy, but was immediately reassured that they would move the bin that day. Within about 10 minutes the friendly driver was at our house and had efficiently put the bin in the right place. This was just a couple of days before Christmas, so an even more impressive effort. The bin was picked up on the planned day as well. These guys offer reliable, friendly service.

when the skip was picked up - the driver of the truck reversed into the pavers which were delivered on the drive way & managed to break 5 pallets of the pavers. They are all unusable now!

The skip arrived early on delivery day but I was really impressed how quiet the delivery was made. I initially didn't hear the truck arrive and the placement was so smooth I doubt any neighbors would have been disturbed.
